Plaintiff has not filed an objection to the Report and Recommendation within the time permitted. The Court accepts the findings and recommendation of the Magistrate Judge.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Judgment be entered dismissing the First Amended Complaint without leave to amend.
