Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict was against the weight of the evidence, and also for error in the ruling at folios 651 and 652 of the record. Jenks, P.J., Mills, Rich, Kelly and Jaycox, JJ., concurred.
