Upon due consideration of petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time to file Objection to Motion to Dismiss, and the recitals therein, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion is granted in that the time within which petitioner is directed to file an objection, if any, to respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction is extended to July 15, 2022. Failure to file an objection or other response on or before July 15, 2022, may result in the granting of the motion or other action as the Court deems appropriate.
