MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before QUINN, C.J., and CAMPBELL and PIRTLE, JJ.

Pending before this court is a motion to dismiss filed by Appellant, Anthony Pegram. Attached to this motion is a Receipt and Satisfaction of Judgment acknowledging receipt of payment in full satisfaction of the judgment made the basis of this appeal, filed by Appellee, James Tello, in the trial court. Without passing on the merits of the appeal, Pegram's motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1). Pursuant to the motion, all costs on appeal shall be taxed against the parties incurring them. Id. at 42.1(d). Having dismissed this appeal at Pegram's request, no motion for rehearing will be entertained and our mandate will issue forthwith.
