An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 16, 2017, And non-party appellant having moved for a stay of enforcement of the order with respect to certain documents specified in said order, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted on condition non-party appellant perfects the appeal on or before December 4, 2017 for the February 2018 Term.
