ORDER

On October 12, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion for Summary Judgment. Respondent filed a notice of objection to petitioner's motion on January 31, 2022. However, on February 18, 2022, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation and an executed Proposed Stipulated Decision, which the Court intends to enter in due course.

Upon due consideration, it is ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment, filed October 12, 2021, is denied as moot.
