On October 26, 2021, the parties filed a settlement stipulation and a proposed stipulated decision. Upon review of the foregoing documents, however, the Court notes that the proposed decision includes an error as to the amount of the overpayment due to petitioners for the taxable year 2018.
Accordingly, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision, filed October 26, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before November 18, 2021, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision.
