Present — Taylor, P.J., McCurn, Vaughan, Kimball and Piper, JJ.


Judgment and order reversed on the law and facts and a new trial granted, with costs to the appellant to abide the event, on the ground that the verdict is contrary to and against the weight of evidence. All concur. (The judgment appealed from is for plaintiff in an action for breach of contract of employment. The order denied a motion for a new trial.)
