Motion for leave to appeal, insofar as it is made with respect to defendants Town of Putnam Valley, Town of Putnam Valley officials, Wagon Productions, Inc. and Larry and Mark Tarnofsky, dismissed upon the ground that, as to those defendants, the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied. Motion for clarification of this Court's January 11, 1996 order denied.
