By Order served August 29, 2022 petitioner was ordered to file an Ownership Disclosure Statement on or before October 14, 2022, pursuant to Rule 20(c), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Petitioner has failed to file a proper ownership disclosure statement.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a Corporate Disclosure Statement is hereby extended to May 22, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner a copy of Form 6, Corporate Disclosure Statement.
