ORDER

Kevin Lee Pecht, an inmate at the Utah State Prison, has filed a motion for leave to amend his habeas corpus petition and requests thirty days in which to file the amended petition. (File Entry #9). Apparently petitioner is concerned that he has asserted some claims that have not been properly exhausted in state court.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that petitioner's motion to amend be granted and that he be given thirty days from the date of this order to file his amended petition.
