An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on September 14, 2014, and the attorney for the child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of William J. Barrett, Esq., sworn to April 16, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before May 9, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
