In an action by a real estate salesman against the real estate brokers who engaged him, to recover a 50% share of the brokerage commission received on a sale of certain real property, the claim being based on an oral contract of joint venture between the parties, the defendant corporation appeals from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered December 27, 1960 upon the oral decision of the court after a nonjury trial, as awarded to the plaintiff the sum of $7,333.33 together with interest and costs. Judgment, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Brennan and Rabin, JJ., concur.
