These consolidated cases are on the calendar of the Court's April 3, 2023 trial session for San Francisco, California. On March 10, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, is set for hearing at the calendar call of the aforementioned session of the Court, at 10:00 AM (PT). Petitioner is advised that failure to comply with the terms of this Order or failure to appear at the hearing on April 3, 2023, may result in the Court granting respondent's motion and entering an order and decision against petitioner.
