Defendants having moved, pursuant to CPLR 5704(a), for vacatur or modification of a temporary restraining order entered in Supreme Court, New York County, on or about June 5, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deleting clauses 1, 2, 5 and 7 of the first decretal paragraph of the temporary restraining order (Defendant's Memorandum of Law, Exh. 3), and is otherwise denied. The interim order issued by a Justice of this Court on June 5, 2018 is vacated.
