This case for the redetermination of a deficiency, presently calendared for trial at the Court's remote trial session beginning at 1:00 PM (ET)/10:00 AM (PT) on March 11, 2024, is before the Court on petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed January 22, 2024.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance is granted in that this case is stricken from the Court's March 11, 2024, remote trial session, and is calendared for trial at the Court's remote trial session, scheduled to commence at 1:00 PM (ET)/10:00 AM (PT) on April 2, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall also serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the Court's April 2, 2024, remote trial session and (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for Small Tax Cases for that same trial session.
