Petitioner, Coi Lane Pearce, moves for an extension of time in which to respond to the Court's earlier order requiring him to "submit to the Court a letter detailing the dates upon which Petitioner's state petition was filed and decided in each court to which it was brought."

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner's motion for a time extension is granted. Petitioner may have until January 30, 2004, to submit the required letter. If he does not comply, his petition will be dismissed.
