ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

For reasons explained at some length in the Court's previous Order served March 13, 2023, in the above-docketed matter, the Court directed respondent, on or before April 7, 2023, to file an appropriate motion or report clarifying the jurisdictional status of this case. Subsequently, on April 5, 2023, respondent filed an initial report explaining ongoing discussions and investigations aiming to evaluate aspects of fiduciary representation relevant to this proceeding. Respondent further requested additional time to pursue such endeavors.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the time within which respondent shall file an appropriate motion or report clarifying the jurisdictional status of this case is hereby extended to June 6, 2023.
