ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO MODIFY DISCOVERY SCHEDULE [DOC. NO. 22]
PURSUANT TO the Joint Motion to Modify the Case Management Order, submitted and agreed to by all parties to the above-captioned matter, and for the reasons discussed in said Joint Motion, the dates set forth in this Court's Case Management Conference Order Regulating Discovery and Other Pretrial Proceedings, dated November 7, 2007, are modified as follows: (1) the parties are required to serve interrogatories and discovery requests on or before July 3, 2008; (2) Plaintiff shall serve on Defendants a list of any experts it expects to call at trial by July 3, 2008; (3) Defendants shall serve on Plaintiff a list of any experts they expect to call at trial by July 11, 2008; (4) all other deadlines imposed by the Case Management Order remain unchanged.
