Before the Court is Official Court Reporter Ashley Boyd's December 3, 2024 request for an extension of time to file the reporter's record. The request is based, in part, on non-payment of her fee.
We GRANT the request and ORDER Ms. Boyd to file, no later than December 13, 2024, either the record or written verification payment has not been made. We caution appellants that the appeal may be submitted without the reporter's record should Ms. Boyd inform the Court that appellants have not paid her fee. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(c).
