On July 14, 2023, respondent filed electronically in the above-docketed matter two documents designated Answer. The first, received at Docket Index No. 7, involved an unrelated taxpayer and was filed in the wrong case. The second, received at Docket Index No. 8, pertained to the instant case and was properly filed.
Accordingly, the premises considered, it is
ORDERED that the Answer filed July 14, 2023, at Docket Index No. 7, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
