OVIDO PAZ, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

By Order served May 17, 2024, the Court directed petitioner to file a proper amended petition. To date, no such filing has been made. However, on June 10, 2024, the Court received and filed a letter by petitioner dated May 30, 2024. Therein, petitioner advises that he filed the Petition in this case in error and requests that it be withdrawn.

In view of the foregoing, and it appearing that petitioner does not intend to file a proper amended petition and prosecute this case, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
