ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

On March 13, 2024, the Commissioner filed a first amended motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute. The Court issued an Order directing petitioner Robin Lynn Paylor to file a response to the motion. Ms. Paylor did not file a response with the Court.

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Baltimore, Maryland trial session on April 8, 2024. Both parties appeared and reported that the parties have settled all issues in this case and filed a proposed stipulated decision document.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's first amended motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute is hereby denied as moot.
