Christina PAYLAN, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. STATE of Florida, Appellee/Respondent(s).

Opinion

BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

Petitioner's emergency notification to the court of the automatic disqualification of the trial judge is treated as a motion to consider the petition for writ of certiorari in the alternative as a petition for writ of prohibition. The motion is denied in light of this court's denial of the petition for writ of prohibition in case number 2D14–5028.

The petition for writ of certiorari is denied.
