BY ORDER OF THE COURT:

The petition for writ of prohibition in proceeding 2D16–2859 is denied. The petition for writ of certiorari in proceeding 2D16–1747 is treated as a petition for writ of mandamus. The petition is granted to the extent that the respondent shall address the petitioner's motion to disqualify within 45 days of this order. Jurisdiction in appeal 2D16–183 is relinquished, to the extent necessary, for 45 days for this purpose. Relinquishment shall not affect the progress of appeal 2D16–183 in this court. The petitioner/appellant shall file a status report on relinquishment in case 2D16–183 within 45 days of this order.
