It is ordered that our decision filed August 7, 2001, be modified as follows:
Page 2, paragraph 6 [91 Cal.App.4th 412, advance report, 7th par., line 3], a second sentence is added: “On its own motion, this court issued a temporary stay order, which stayed trial court proceedings during the pendency of the petition.”
Page 14 [91 Cal.App.4th 422, advance report], the disposition is modified by adding a third sentence: “The temporary stay order is vacated.”
Except as stated, the modifications do not change the disposition.
