Following review of appellees' motion to dismiss appeal and appellant's response thereto, it is ordered that said motion is granted and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami–Dade County, Florida is hereby dismissed. See Caulfield v. Cantele, 837 So.2d 371 (Fla.2002) ; LaCarrere v. Reilly, 987 So.2d 816 (Fla. 3d DCA 2008).

Appellees' motion for leave to file reply to appellant's response in opposition to the motion to dismiss is hereby denied as moot.
