An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 10, 2023, which order granted defendants-respondents' application to close to public access the oral argument of their motions to dismiss the complaint, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for a stay of the aforesaid order pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted on condition the appeal is perfected for the June 2023 Term of this Court.
