This case was continued from the Court's October 18, 2021, Atlanta, Georgia, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On January 31, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that neither party intends to file a motion for summary judgment in the immediate future and that this case will be sent to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals for consideration. Upon due consideration, it is
