On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 15, 2011, in the above-entitled matter is amended (1) by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the words "the first sentence of the first full paragraph on page 10," and substituting therefor the words "the first full paragraph on page 10," and (2) by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the words "Point IV," and substituting therefor the words "Point VI."
