We grant appellant's Motion to Supplement Record and Request for Judicial Notice. In light of the rendition of the trial court's November 10, 2015 order granting appellant's October 5, 2015 motion for rehearing (rendered after the filing of appellant's October 22, 2015 notice of appeal), we no longer hold this appeal in abeyance pursuant to Fla. R.App. P. 9.020(i)(3), and we dismiss this appeal as moot.
