Order so far as appealed from modified by allowing additional items 4(a), 4(b), 4(c), and 5(a), 5(b), 5(c) and 5(d) of the notice of motion, and as so modified affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements to the appellant. Verified bill of particulars to be served within ten days from service of order. No opinion.
