Order so far as appealed from modified by granting motion for examination of defendant before trial as to item 8, by granting a limited inspection of the documents to the extent allowed in Zeltner v. Fidelity Deposit Co. of Maryland ( 220 App. Div. 21), and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
