ORDER

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on September 13, 2021, in Boston, Massachusetts; the trial session will be conducted remotely. On August 13, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial. On the same day, the parties also filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues that outlines the considerable progress the parties have made thus far towards resolving this case without the need for a trial; according to the parties, they have resolved all issues in this case except for the Schedule E issues. They request a continuance to allow for petitioner to proffer the information needed with respect to the Schedule E issues. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial, filed August 30, 2021, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the September 13, 2021, Boston, Massachusetts Trial Session of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before November 29, 2021, electronically submit to the Court an agreed stipulated decision document or file status reports, separately or jointly, apprising the Court of the then present status of this case.
