ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

Pending in the above-docked matter is a Motion for Entry of Decision, filed November 28, 2023, by petitioner herein. Subsequently, on January 26, 2024, respondent filed a response advising that the parties were in agreement as to upholding the determinations in the underlying notice of deficiency and that a Proposed Stipulated Decision was in preparation.

The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 17, 2024, either (1) respondent shall file with the Court a supplement to the just-referenced response to petitioner's motion, advising of the then-present status of the case and efforts to formalize settlement, or, alternatively (2) the parties shall submit a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this case.
