Order Per Curiam
This Court delivered and filed an opinion in this cause on January 23, 2020. See TEX. R. APP. P. 47.1. On February 4, 2020, appellant filed an "Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Motions for Rehearing and Reconsideration En Banc." See id. R. 49.8. On March 12, 2020, appellant retained addition appellate counsel and filed a second unopposed motion for extension of time on March 13, 2020. See id. Appellant filed additional unopposed motions requesting extensions of time to file "Motion for Rehearing En Banc" on April 30, 2020, and July 14, 2020. See id. The filing deadline appellant's "Motion for Rehearing En Banc" is now July 31, 2020.
On July 22, 2020, this Court received a request from appellant's counsel for the release of sealed Reporter's Record volumes twenty-seven and forty-four. See R. 9.10, 34. The Court grants the motion and enters the following order regarding the appellate record.
The Court ORDERS the sealed record will be provided to counsel on a CD-ROM. The Court ORDERS counsel to treat the CD-ROM as confidential and to safeguard it as an official and original court document. Counsel may not copy, save, or otherwise reproduce the CD-ROM and shall promptly return the CD-ROM to the Court after use. Counsel is ordered to maintain the confidentiality of the information contained in this sealed record and is prohibited from disseminating the sensitive information contained within the sealed record to any person.
Further, counsel is hereby ORDERED to fully comply with the requirements of the appellate rules regarding redaction and the use of aliases as appropriate and applicable in preparing and filing appellant's Motion for Rehearing En Banc with this Court. See id. R. 9.10.
