Patterson v. State

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Feb 26, 1974
290 So. 2d 72 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1974)

Opinion

No. U-275.

February 26, 1974.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Duval County; Everett R. Richardson, Judge.

Louis O. Frost, Public Defender, and Steven E. Rohan, Asst. Public Defender, for appellant.

Robert L. Shevin, Atty. Gen., and Raymond L. Marky, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Appellant seeks reversal of the order denying his motion to correct and reduce the five year sentence he received after having been found guilty by a jury of sale of marijuana.

From a careful consideration of the record on appeal and the briefs filed by the parties, we fail to find reversible error in the order appealed herein. Accordingly, the judgment and sentence imposed by the trial court are hereby affirmed.

SPECTOR, Acting C.J., and JOHNSON and BOYER, JJ., concur.
