Petitioner-respondent having applied for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on March 28, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the certification of Veronica L. Coletti, Esq., dated April 9, 2013, and the statement of William L. Koslosky, Esq., dated April 12, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of a motion that includes an affidavit setting forth in detail petitioner-respondent's current income, assets and financial obligations.
