This case is currently set for trial at the Court's November 28, 2022, New Orleans, Louisiana trial session. On November 7, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision, advising respondent sent proposed stipulated decision documents to petitioner, but those documents have not been returned. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before the call of this case from the calendar, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision.

Petitioner is advised that failure to comply with the terms of this Order may result in the Court granting respondent's motion and entering an order and decision for respondent.
