    An appeal was entered to the Supreme Court, which, upon a consideration of the record and a statement in appellant's brief that the real issue is the dividing line between these adjoining landowners, transferred the appeal to this court. Patterson v. Bailey, 222 Ga. 422 ( 150 S.E.2d 645). Errors enumerated for consideration are the overruling of defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and for new trial.
