Inc.; Gannett, Co., Inc; Gizmodo Media Group, LLC; New York Public Radio; The New York Times Company; NYP Holdings, Inc.; and Spectrum News NY1 having moved for leave to file a brief amici curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the amici curiae brief submitted with the moving papers herein is deemed filed.
