An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 12, 2016, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the order of this Court entered on December 15, 2016 (M-4720), Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of the parties, entered March 13, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion and the appeal are deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation.
