ORDER

PER CURIAM

Before the court is the parties' joint motion for a briefing schedule in this proceeding. The motion is granted. Accordingly, and subject to motions to extend time being granted:

• Appellants Patriot Contracting, LLC, Stephen J. Friedman, and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, as well as Mid-Main Properties, LP in its capacity as cross-appellant, shall file their respective opening briefs, each of which will be limited to 15,750 words, by November 18, 2024.

• Within 60 days of the last of the opening briefs being filed: (1) appellants Patriot Contracting, LLC, Stephen J. Friedman, and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America shall file their response briefs to Mid-Main Properties, LP's opening brief, each of which shall be limited to 15,750 words; (2) Mid-Main Properties, LP shall file its one response brief to appellants' opening briefs, the length of which shall be limited to 15,750 words; and (3) appellees HERC Solutions USA, LLC and Scaffold Solutions, Inc. shall file their response briefs to appellants' opening briefs, each of which shall be limited to 15,750 words.

• Within 60 days of the last of the response briefs being filed, appellants Patriot Contracting, LLC, Stephen J. Friedman, and Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, as well as Mid-Main Properties, LP in its capacity as cross-appellant, shall file their respective reply briefs supporting their respective opening briefs, each reply brief being limited to 6,250 words or the amount of words each appellant and cross-appellant has not used out of the overall 31,250 word limit (referenced below).

• The aggregate word limit for briefs filed by a party across all three rounds of briefing is 31,250 words for each of the appellants and the cross-appellant, and 25,000 words for the appellees/subcontractors collectively.
