ORDER

On October 13, 2021, the Court ordered (1) a document subpoena hearing set for November 17, 2021 and (2) that "no later than November 15, 2021, respondent shall file a status report advising the Court whether the third party has complied with the subpoena and a hearing is no longer necessary. Respondent issued a subpoena for records to Ricoh USA Inc., the former employer of petitioner Lori Michelle Patitz and on November 9, 2021, Rich USA Inc. complied with the subpoena by providing records, along with a business records certification, therefore, the November 17, 2021 document subpoena hearing is no longer necessary.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the Special Hearing Session of the Court scheduled to begin at 1:00pm EST on Wednesday, November 17, 2021.
