The following are before the court:

2. PLAINTIFF-APPELLANT'S MOTION TO CORRECT ECF 30 AND MOTION TO ISSUE MANDATE, filed on March 10, 2023, by the pro se appellant.

IT IS ORDERED that the motion to correct this court's March 7, 2023, order is GRANTED. The first sentence of the second paragraph is replaced with the following language:

Patel's litigation against Notre Dame began after he took leave from the law school in November 2017.

IT IS ORDERED that the motion for immediate issuance of the mandate is DENIED.
