Motion, insofar as deemed to be seeking leave to appeal (see CPLR 5512 ) from so much of the May 2018 Appellate Division order as dismissed the appeal from the final July 2015 Supreme Court judgment, denied; motion for leave to appeal otherwise dismissed upon the ground that the August 2018 order does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution. Motion for poor person relief dismissed as academic.
