ORDER
On appellant's motion, we extended the deadline for the filing of appellant's brief to May 20, 2020. To date, however, the brief has not been filed, and appellant has not otherwise communicated with the Court. Accordingly, we ORDER appellant to file his brief no later than June 25, 2020. As the brief was first due March 9, 2020, we caution that failure to comply may result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b),(c).
