ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

On October 28, 2024, the parties separately filed status reports indicating that they continue to engage in informal discovery to narrow the captive insurance issues in this case and the related cases. The parties are requesting that the Court allow more time for the parties to develop this case, and the related cases for trial, including discovery and the hiring of expert witnesses.

Given due consideration of the parties' status reports, it is, ORDERED that on or before February 25, 2025, and every 90-days thereafter, the parties shall file with the Court a joint status report, or separate status reports if preferred, regarding the then-present status of this and the related cases.
