ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On September 15, 2023, respondent filed a status report in the above-docketed case. Therein respondent stated that the parties were attempting to resolve both this case and petitioner's case at Docket Index No. 30936-21S. Subsequently, on May 7, 2024, the Court entered a stipulated decision in the case at Docket Index No. 30936-21S.

On July 22, 2024, petitioner filed a status report in the above-docketed case. The status report states that petitioner has attempted to communicate with respondent regarding the resolution of this case, but that respondent has not replied.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 14, 2024, the parties shall either file status reports (preferably a joint report) as to the then-present status of the case or submit stipulated decision documents.
