ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge

This case is a captive insurance case and is related to six other cases docketed with this Court. On June 27 and 28, 2024, the parties filed separate status reports advising the Court that they have begun the process of informal discovery to further define and possibly narrow the issues before the Court. The parties request for additional time to develop this case for trial, as well as the other six related cases, including formal discovery and the hiring of expert witnesses.

Given due consideration to the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before October 28, 2024, the parties shall file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case.
